French Reflexive Verbs - "An Online Lesson" project

French 3 students built on their prior experience with the “Be the Teacher!” project by completing a similar project with reflexive verbs. In contrast to the “Be the Teacher!” project, this new project required that the students first research what constitutes a reflexive verb, then create an online lesson with an audio piece that demonstrated what they had learned. When the assignment was given to them, students had no prior knowledge of this classification of verbs. Students spent a few days researching those verbs and understanding how to conjugate them. Each group of students devised a plan and a time table to create and submit their final product in a timely manner.

All the lessons were then brought together to create a library of online lessons and form our own version of Khan Academy.
Note: Projects may contain some language inaccuracies, as the students are developing second-language learners at a novice level.
